Christine Riojas
Onboarding and Benefits Specialist
Christine was raised in Houston but also lived in different areas in California and Indianapolis. She is currently enrolled in Lone Star College studying for her bachelor’s degree in HR Management. Christine met her best friend and husband, Russell, in high school and they married soon after, living in Houston together for 38 years. They have one daughter and three beautiful grandchildren. Christine and Russell enjoyed all activities involving her daughter and grandchildren from little league sports to high school plays. Their deepest joy is God’s blessing of family.
Christine has 38 years in Human Resources and is very passionate about people. Her working experience includes many roles in HR Onboarding, Compensation and Benefits throughout Houston Medical Center and Downtown.
Sadly, her husband of 38 years passed away in September, this year. Christine is comforted knowing that he is healed and now comforted by God. Christine thoroughly enjoys devoting her time to her daughter, three grandchildren, four sisters and her studies. She also enjoys the companionship of her two loyal pets.
In this season of life, Christine feels it was God that brought her to The Antioch Partners. She feels that God answered her prayers to surround her with love and compassion at a time of healing. Christine feels more than blessed to work with those called to serve so many, including herself.
